From the initial design meeting's with the sales team at Altitude Aluminium, the level of product knowledge and design solutions offered to our clients is always both impressive and reassuring. The quotation is always clear and concise and leaves no question or ambiguity as to specification and cost. The delivery times are always clearly defined, and the operations team will always keep us updated regularly right up until the time of delivery, which then becomes a painless experience as the installation and delivery guys take care of every aspect of the delivery. Altitude Aluminium always plan the logistics of their deliveries to ensure that the correct equipment is available at the site, and if it isn't, they arrive with sufficient labour or equipment to handle the offload. Once on site, the installation is also always carried out in an organised and logical manner by the team of highly experienced installers, who are always courteous, professional and very much part of the overall site team. The quality of the install and attention to detail is always impressive, right down to the meticulous mastic pointing and installation of trims and beads, and the guys always leave the site clean and tidy. I would always select Altitude Aluminium as my preferred installer for all external doors, windows, curtain walling and garage doors, and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

We have worked with Altitude Aluminium for approximately 4 years, and in that time they have undertaken the supply and fitting of Windows, Doors and external glazing on 3 of our properties (Breach Cottage, Top Of The Hill Farm and Sevendials). By their nature, the properties we specialise in are high end, bespoke residences for discerning private clients, and as such, the demands are high in terms of our requirements for quality and delivery. We have to ensure that the level of detail and attention is applied to each and every trade, without question. On each occasion, Wayne and his team have risen to the challenge and delivered on these demanding projects. Our projects quite often push the boundaries of what is achievable and we have to ask our subcontractors to go beyond what others offer. As far as Maria and I are concerned you’ve done a great job on quite a complex ‘grand designs’ style house, large windows, white render and steel roofs. All the standard windows went in well and in particular W24, the huge 3500m x 2000m. Still look great. Also really pleased with your teams attention to detail installing 9 double sets of CP155 sliders making sure that the levels were right on the inside to the wooden floors and level with the outside terrace to gain that seamlessness between the inside and out. Look forward to my next project. Great job.

After several phone consultations, emails, a few virtual show room tours (which were invaluable) and a drive round, my wife and I felt confident in commissioning Altitude Aluminium to supply and install several Reynaer systems (windows, doors and rooflights.) When we were finally ready for the installations to begin, the teams arrived promptly every day - even during spells of bad weather! We were particually impressed with their knowledge of the Reynaers systems and they were even able to assist other tradesmen to solve issues which definately saved time and money.
